Isn't one of the problems with New Orleans that
FLOODING IS AN ISSUE! (being below sea level and all, with the
storm surge currently predicted to top the levees by several feet).
When weather people start bandying about the name of "Camille" you
know it's going to be bad. It's best to leave before the bandying
gets too FAST AND FURIOUS!
