They're a standard linear bulb holder, any decent theatrical lamp
supplier will sell you one. (Stage Electrics or Lancelyn if you're
feeling rich or don't need a bulb order).
Thanks Duncan. Since writing my first message, I've heard from my usual
supplier in Edinburgh, that they can get one for me.
