power, over twenty-five years ago.

-*the one I've little sympathy for is the (NYC) Transit Authority,
with their merciless fare-gauging of the public, while simultaneously
cutting services on various levels. The rank-and-file workers,
however, receive insignificant portions of the profits; It's the 'Big
Kahunas' who get to fatten their bank account$ to the max. The
situation isn't likely to improve in the foreseeable future.
