That, I'll give you. But it's a nice picture of a very talented man
(David Wayne) who was the first ever musical performer to win a Tony.
And there are many SHOW BOAT recordings on which Andy doesn't appear at
all. I do wish they had pictured all nine stars of the LC production.
The fabulous Allyn Ann McLerie (who never got to record the female lead
in WHERE'S CHARLEY?-- a role she also played on film) was possibly te
best Ellie ever.
