What two science fiction novels written by two different authors are most
similar to one another.

Heinlien's "The Sixth Column" and John W. Campbell's "All."

I've not read (or until now, even heard of) "All". However, given what's
been said on JWC's level of editorial involvement in _The Sixth Column_,
I'm not sure that it's fair in this case to call these works by two
different authors.
