And there was a trilogy a while back set in the Maztica (?) portion of
the Forgotten Realms D&D setting. More Aztec-&-SA-flavored than actual-Aztec-&-
SA-researched, of course. ... Douglas Niles wrote it, I believe, and it's
Ironhelm / Viperhand / Feathered Dragon.
