Where is your cite, Gene? You know, so we can examine the evidence
ourselves instead of just taking your partisan word for it.
Did one project go bad? Or was this a series of minor things that piled
up on each other that would indicate a long track record of
mismanagement? Somehow, I doubt it is the latter as her approval rating
would not be so high if it were. Is it really $20 million or is it more
like $15 million? Was it subject to a vote of the citizenry? Did they
approve it?
