Head. Except the bullet didn't actually penetrate his skull if I
recall correctly; he'd instinctively thrown his arms up in front of
him in a defensive posture and the bullet used up most of its energy
smashing through a radius and ulna, leaving just enough for it to
smack into the middle of his forehead and knock him out. (While
scattering gore all over the place, fooling her into thinking it had
been a kill-shot.)
