I've just realised that fully all nine of the sample chapters are just
exposition with profanity thrown in for good measure. Jesus H. Christ.
So either it is all a screed, or he got that out of himself and then
went on and wrote a book on the rest of the pages. I used to think he
was remotely sane, and wrote the Ghost stuff to get his kids though
college or pay off the mortgage (etc); i.e. more or less valid reasons
to write well selling utter dreck.
