What you mean "we" Kemosabe?  There were plenty of people who, quite
reasonably, predicted it'd be about as disastrous as it turned out to be.
I, personally, didn't really predict an outcome one way or another, but
it seemed clearly to be a put-up job, the justifications pulled out of
a hat (or possibly obtained proctologically), and the results unlikely
to be what was promised.  It would have been nice to have been wrong.

Yes yes, uplenty of people even now say "the reasons were not NEITHER
pulled out of wherever, but were calm, sober ascessments based on the
best information, and were all correct anyways".  Pfft.  P.T. Barnum
was an insightful fellow.

Well, Wayne, David Delany feels we should be talking about future
legal systems, and not this so, while to be honest, I thought it would
be easier in Iraq, as I thought everyone would want Saddam gone,
apparently I was dead wrong. Go ahead with your future legal system,
and I'll ease on out. Have fun with some future legal system.
