A for Andromeda :: Fred Hoyle
R is for Rocket :: Ray Bradbury
S is for Spaceship :: Ray Bradbury
V for Vendetta :: Alan Moore/David Lloyd (comic book)
Any others? (No, Sue Grafton's murder mysteries don't count.)

I seem to recall a short story by Asimov (?) called "S as in Zebatinzki" (?)
about godlike entities who vie to see which one can produce the largest
effect on Earth with the smallest change. Changing one letter in a
scientist's name leads to a nuclear holocaust or some such.
That was "Spell my Name with an S".
Cheers,
Nigel.
