He's the son of Thranduil, I'm sure he'll be there during the

If New Line and Orlando Bloom's agent can come to an agreement,
definitely. If not, I'd guess he'll still be namechecked.
One or the other will probably be done with Gimli as well, though
obviously John Rhys-Davies isn't as much of a box-office draw (and
may not be up to actually appearing as a younger version of
himself).
That's an easy one -- dwarves age so slowly that he'd look the same.
