That's not the way I read it. It pretty clearly says they
supposed to be in on the gross not the illusory Hollywood"profit"
side of the pot.
I'm impressed, if it means they now have a system for proving
that not only did they not make a profit, they didn't even
get any gross receipts. I suppose next they'll show that the
Tolkien Trust owes them money.
