Hi Gary.
My suggestion is pretty simple: read Olympos anyway, after Ilium, and judge
for yourself. Indeed, I love Simmons' works, and thus I'm not very objective
about him, but I really believe that considering Olympos as _trash_ is
something inappropriate. It's weak and not at the level of Ilium (something
quite hard to achieve, Ilium is outstanding IMHO) but it's a good complement,
and if you like Simmons' books (in general) you'll probably still be well able
to appreciate it.
