The news is leaking out now that Gardner Dozois and George R.R. Martin
are putting together a tribute anthology to SF grandmaster Jack Vance.
Called Songs of the Dying Earth, it will consist of stories by a
pretty stellar array of sf writers, all set in Vance's Dying Earth. A
UK publisher is said to have already bought into the concept and now
the editors are looking to place it with a US house.
