Basically restoring initial manufacturer's installation while
disconnected from the networks results in a product called SpyFish
creating its own user account and a mess of other things as soon as I
start up as a system administrator. The folders etc. are hidden
"system" objects. The computer was purchased from circuit city and is
an HP pavilion a6109n running vista.
I contacted HP but they have yet to call me on the phone. My number is
901-867-3152. I invite an HP corporate rep to contact me. Contact HP if
you find it on your computer, not me! You can find it by show all system
objects then doing a search on spyfish.
I am posting here because I think that this info will propagate better
that way than by a post on Google...
