True, she's too human to be Anevka, and there were special effects
used when she stood on the fountain. But I don't think she's an
illusion when on the bridge.
I can't imagine her being part of the circus, nor Othar being
involved. It's possible Gil staged the whole to show his strength,
but wouldn't that cause him problems later when he tries again to
propose to Agatha?
