YASID: Variant Garden of Eden story

Hi -

I recall a story about Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden. After having
eaten the fruit of the Tree of Life (or Knowledge of Good & Evil), they
argue with God about being thrown out of the Garden. The story ends with
God saying that on millions of worlds, He had slaves; now, He had His
People.
