Seven of the top 30 languages are Chinese. I always thought
Cantonese was #10, but I don't see Cantonese listed, so I am guessing
Wu is Cantonese for Cantonese. It may be Mandarin for Cantonese
though.


It isn't, Wu is the language spoken in Zhejiang, Shanghai and the surrounding area. Shanghainese is a dialect of Wu. The language refereed to in that table as Yue is Cantonese.
