Galilean relativity is not a principle of classical physics, or not in
the same sense as the principle of relativity is a statement/law in
relativity theory. Newton did not assert that ALL physics is
independent of the state of motion, or that non-observable quantities
are not part of physics.

What makes you think "classical physics" is identical with what Newton
asserted?

I don't. I stated elsethread what qualities distinguish classical
physics from quantum physics. I also showed that Newtonian theory
abides by them, and relativity doesn't.
