5. Ability to predict more than a year into the future
Define. I can predict several years into the future that, for
instance, the Earth will be orbiting the Sun.
For any given year, I predict that my beloved Phillies will not win the
World Series. History shows that I have a 121 in 122 chance of being
right.
6. Post apocalypse without microcomputers
Whaaaa? I have NO idea what you are saying here.
My guess is that the idea is of a book written before microcomputers
with an apocalypse set a few years down the road. This is really just
a variation of events catching up with science fiction. We can discuss
whether or not the writer dropped the ball by failing to predict
microcomputers, but that seems a different discussion.
