Yes and yes. He doesn't keep introducing new lingo, so it becomes more
familiar as you go. And Brunner explains a lot of it (in his Chad C.
Mulligan persona), e.g. a "mucker" isn't a mugger, a "mucker" is someone
who's running amok.
