Last time I looked, those were A,B,C,D,E,F, sometimes written as a,b,c,d,e,f.

Although if you're working with 7-segment LED displays, it's A, b, C, d, E, F. I've always wondered if it was just fortuitous, or good design, that hexadecimal just manages to fit so well into those displays....
