There's no indication that she fears Jon.

Robb's as much to blame as Catelyn, but Catelyn is the source of the bad
advice that Robb follows. Martin simply uses her to give Robb a reason
to make bad choices.

Catylen herself has little hope that releasing Jaime will free her
daughters.
