Traditionally:

Sun: Gold
Moon: Silver
Mercury: Mercury (no surprise)
Venus: Copper
Mars: Iron (which turns out to be nicely appropriate to its major
colorant)
Jupiter: Tin
Saturn: Lead

(Earth wasn't a planet in this scheme, of course, and was treated
as an element along with fire, air, and water. Though if we're
counting uranium, neptunium, and plutonium, then we can presumably
also use tellurium to fill out the chart.)
