It has been a while, but I just wanted to pass along the latest updates on the cancer curing aspect of this particular invention.
This video article (it's several items down, titled "wsee exclusive") talks about how the University of Pittsburgh independently confirmed the findings of MD Anderson Cancer Research Center in Houston. That the cure works.

and according to this article from erie, he has received federal funding.

The cancer cure requires that you inject nanoparticles of metals into just the cancer cells, not the normal cells. If you can do that, you can inject known chemotherapy agents and have no need of the radio waves.
The energy part won't solve anything. The reporter didn't seem to realize that his radio wave beam takes energy to operate. It would have to be a high-enough energy beam to disassociate the hydrogen and oxygen in water. In fact, it doesn't take much chemistry to see that even if you could run with perfect effeciency, the amount of energy you could get out of burning the hydrogen to recombine it with oxygen would be the same as the energy used to separate them. There would be nothing left over to push the vehicle.
