yunz obviously know who one of them is(and for what film), the other is
one of the many folks who did only one episode of B5 during the run of
the show.

The only one +mentioned+ is JMS for "Changling". The article does not
seem to say who wrote "Wall-E", and the IMDb credits for it lists two
writers (one for screenplay and one for "Titles"), and neither of
+their+ credits list anything related to B5.
