It would be G'Kar's father, I think.
There was usually a bond between the dead that shows up and the
living.
There definitely was a "bond" between G'Kar and Cartagia. But I think
G'Kar would have handled Cartagia's appearance better than Lennier did
with Morden's.
It just occurred to me that all the apparitions died violently.
In most cases, a positive one. Exception: Lennier who, IMHO
"wished" for Morden"
I hadn't thought of that. Interesting possibility.
