Yeah, that about covers it. Except that if you're coming in from out of
the time zone jet lag can be a real killer all by itself. Of course the
way things are going, you may have time to adapt whilst waiting for your
luggage... :(
FWIW I'm going to Worldcon (I live in Los Angeles and the LASFS finally
wore me down) so if there IS a party I hope I find it, and will try to
attend if I do. Most of the time I'm probably going to be hanging out
in the filk lounge unless there's a program I want to attend.
