The models are step one of a many-step process. Every scene would have
to be re-choreographed as well, and the composite scenes would have to
be re-composited (assuming the original elements are still available and
in good condition).
Also, there's the question of ownership of models "on the net". If WB
wanted, it would probably be easier and cheaper to just pay someone to
recreate the models.
