All three of my volumes came UPS. The first and
third with tracking. All three arrived in good shape
with no damage. I ordered the first alone and don't
remember it being in a big box. I think it was either
just wrapped in cardboard or in a tight box with one
thin layer of bubblewrap. The second I ordered with
a calendar, the third with a t-shirt. Both of those
books were wrapped in cardboard rather than in a box.
They were delivered by UPS with no damage. The calendar
and t-shirt were delivered by USPS with no problems.
I was emailed the UPS tracking numbers for the first
and third volume. The email saying the second had been
sent said no tracking number was available for that
shipping method. I was given no tracking numbers on
either package sent by USPS. I thought it was strange
that they shipped different parts of the orders in
different packages by different methods. But it may
be they come from different factories.
