Attn JMS: volume 1 copyright typo

In case it hasn't already been noticed and changed in future volumes,
the copyright notice in my copy of volume 1 of the scripts says:
"All rights reserved. No part of this publication may be reproduced,
stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted by any means, electronic,
mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise, with the prior
written permission of Synthetic Worlds, Ltd."
My guess is that that "with" should be "without".
I finished reading the introductions last night. Now, on to the
scripts. :)
