I know you had to struggle with Warner Brothers and TNT when you where doing
Babylon 5 - Season 5 and Crusades. I was curious if you have considered
doing PODcasting for anything new that you write? I've found several free
PODCasts on ITunes that just got a few sponsers to help pay for themselves
along with viewer donations. The advantage is that you are not limited to
what a major corperation says you can/cannot put into your video and you are
not also limited by the ~45minute time constaraint of Network Broadcast
Schedules. Another advantage is that the revenue from your sponsers arn't
filtered down threw a higherarchy, they are givin directly to you. The only
restriction I can see is the sponsers asking you not to put something in or
doing product placement or something to that effect, but I would think that
if they want the most business they won't put any restrictions on what is
being made they would let you ad in commercials instead. And I know CDW
sponsers a lot of the tech videos I have seen on I-Tunes.
