Oh, I agree (unfortunately) That's why I said "...they could buy into
the pie." In my book that means they pay. (though one could argue
that with the shuttles grounded, they paid their way by providing the
transportation, both of humans and materiel...)

Good question. Sounds like they're pretty-much writing off the ISS
and just using the shuttles for spare parts...
