You're off by a few orders of magnitude there; even
just the three richest men have a net worth equal to about
$60/person globally which, estimating about 3% ROI, would
give every person on the planet $2 a year, which as of 2003
over three billion people earned less than; there were about
9 million millionaires as of 2006. The GWP was estimated in
2005 as about $60 trillion, or about $9,300 per capita.
