Not untouched. I want it separated. The end result should be one
container of nothing but nitrogen, one container of nothing but carbon
monoxide, and waste oxygen.
Freeze out the carbon dioxide, then warm it back up and split it as above.
Perhaps you could make the parameters of this scenario a little clearer? Are you trying to work with a planetary atmosphere or just a cylinder of gas? Where in the solar system are you located? The "easiest" method will vary depending on the circumstances.
