I don't either, but do you need an exact figure, given that the characters in your story have no way to measure it? Put more CO2 into the atmosphere. My guess is that it'll make the place reasonably warm before it makes the atmosphere unbreathable (on the grounds that there's a few orders of magnitude margin between the amount of CO2 we have on Earth and the amount that starts becoming toxic); that would seem good enough?
