Bolometric Magnitude of non-Main Sequence Stars

Anyone knows whats the bolometric luminosity of an average White
Dwarf? And of a Neutron Star? I'm trying to figure out whats the mean
habitable zone of some non-Main Sequence stars, for description in my
setting. I could bet it would be very unpleasant to be just 1 AU apart
of one of these babies, but i'm not really sure. There's any feasible
safe distance for a hypothetical (liquid water bearer) planet orbiting
a pulsar not aligned with the beam paths?
Thnx in advance
