type 209100 into the HD field (Wikipedia helpfully provides the Henry Draper number) This returns:

I emailed Vizier and got this reply:
"Dear VizieR user,
The Sun is generally not present in the star catalogs. And you will not find it in the HD catalog. However you can easily find the U,V,W components of the Sun by typing for instance "velocity component sun" in Google."
Taking his advice the first hit gives (U = -9, V = +12, W = +7).
