your space ship) from A to B then at B you get a
spontaneous creation of particle sets Y1 and Y2 where Y1
is the needed ballast and Y2 its anti-part. X and Y1 switch
places and exchange the conserved quantities leaving a soup
of particles (Y1) at A while the ship (X) plus another soup
of particles (Y2) are at B. Which probably gives you a nice
boom at B when the ship meets the antiparticles so there's
still some engineering to be done to iron out this minor
glitch but otherwise would this work from the pov of the
physical laws?
This violates conservation of energy, both globally and locally. For
example, consider a sphere of empty space large enough to fully
enclose your spacecraft. It has energy E = 0. A conserved quantity
means that the change of that quantity in an enclosed volume is equal
to the amount of that quantity that passes through the surface of the
volume (with a suitable plus or minus sign depending on whether the
quantity is going into or out of the volume). [This should be
intuitively obvious - if something can neither be created or
destroyed, the only way to get more into someplace is to push more in,
and the only way to get less of the stuff someplace is to take some
out.] So now your spacecraft of mass M teleports in, creating an
additional mass M of matter (which is exchanged with the spacecraft)
and another mass M of antimatter, which remains inside the sphere.
Before the teleportation there was E = 0, afterwards, there is E = 2 M
c^2 (that's an energy M c^2 for your spacecraft and another M c^2 for
the antimatter), and nothing has passed through the surface of the
sphere. As a result, conservation of energy is violated.

sphere, but not by the usual methods.
