Re: 2005 car in 1955

I do believe that they will not be able to make a prototype with the
same characteristics. However - as someone said - most of its designs
will guide research in the fallowing years. Most of the laser,
semiconductive technology comes from wild ideas that is known for a
long time. Sudden these weird and nut nerds will get the funding they
always want.

I rememeber that boolean logic is an wild mathematical exercice that
exists long before any dreams of valves. By the 1800 if memory serves.

But I agree that reverse engeneering would be a problem becose most of
the testing scenarios have a good chance to destroy good part of the
delicated alignment and components of the eletronic injection and the
cd player.

I mean that research evolving semiconductors, advanced metal alloys,
syntetic materials, optics and laser, will sudden recieve a very good
funding.

We have to realize that is probably there is a CD Media in the car. By
looking into the microscope the cd they probably will figure out that
is not the same principle of the vinil, it is not analogic, and
therefore seek and find the idea of digital systems.

Remember that the developement of the computers was heavly directed to
mainframes couple of decades ago. No one believe that time that we
would have computers at home, or small devices.
