No, it hasn't. You are confusing the above with a different but related
assertion, about which you incidentally also remain obstinately wrong.

But, Keith has debunked it in his mind so no other evidence or views
will be considered.

Never mind that some 93% of those eligible drive, so that some ~90% of
the GTR spent on roads comes from motorists or that fuel taxes and user
fees are diverted to Mass Transit subsidies

Or, which tax is it that you think entitles you to walk down the street?

In Virginia, a special sales tax (or so he claims - he's shown no proof
and has proven so unreliable [1] that I have to take the assertion with
a grain of salt).

[1] Even he does not outright make *** up (America does not feed
itself, anyone?), his take is generally so slanted as to be useless.
