AKICIF - Compact flash cameras

No, not CF cards for cameras - I picked up a small gizmo which is basically a CF card with a 640x480 camera at one end, originally made by HP for their Jornada pocket computers, and supplied with software for Windows Mobile only.
What I would like to do, if I can figure it out, is use it on a little Samsung Q1 tablet PC, which has a CF slot. But to do this I need an XP driver for the camera, which I have not got. It doesn't show up as one of the available drivers if I try to install it as a scanner / camera or new hardware.
What I'm wondering is if there are XP drivers for this or for any other CF card cameras. Or for PCMCIA cameras, since I gather that the CF card and PCMCIA card are electrically identical in their connections. So far a LOT of google searching etc. has found sod all, so I thought I'd try appealing here, and see if anyone hes any suggestions.
Note that I am NOT looking for the XP version of the install program (to transfer it from a desktop PC to a Jornada), which is readily available. I'd better also say that I can't shift from Windows for this one - even if a Linux driver is available, there's other stuff I need to use on the Q1 that won't run in a Linux environment.
Thanks!
