True. but, apropos of nothing, the number of adult US citizens
forbidden from voting in Florida was more than a thousand times
greater than the difference in votes between Bush and Gore. In other
words, the Florida result was random garbage. And since the election
turned on Florida, so was the whole election.
True. And let's not forget that those folks were disenfranchised by the
Republican Sec. of State, Katherine Harris, who just *happened* to also be
the head of the Bush election campaign.
