I like to reply to messages before they're posted. It messes with
people's heads.

Presumably she wouldn't have left the ER if she hadn't been kept
waiting for 2.5 hours, and wouldn't have been kept waiting that long
if it weren't for all the people who were there for trivial reasons.

There is a reason I call ahead when headed in.
