I get uncomfortable after a while, but the same is true for any

I prefer moving as little as possible, and can lie on my back

Me too. But one hour is about my limit for any one posture. After
that, I need to sit if I was standing, stand if I was sitting, lie
prone if I was supine, etc.
Went to a concert last month, the UK premiere of Prometeo by Luigi Nono,
and that was well over two hours without a gap. Had no trouble sitting
still for that.
But the real problem came at the end. I'd been for a ten mile walk a
couple of days earlier, and my legs were still a bit stiff. When I
tried to stand afterwards, my legs were in agony.
Did an experiment last night. I find lying face down actually
uncomfortable. Furthermore, my back doesn't curve backwards, so I had
a choice of my nose resting on the book, or lifting my whole body with
my arms until I found myself on all fours. Neither are postures I
could use for reading.
