Well, some other ones might be. I've met plenty such. But, none
among folks whose response to FACTS is the fallacy of Ad Hominem
Alone.

No, you're right; "He's a kook, don't waste your time on him" is not in
fact a rebuttal of anything you have said.  All it is, is sound advice..

There are actually two different dimensions of such advice:

1. He's a kook, therefore what he says won't be correct, won't be
interesting, and reading it is a waste of time.

... Says the fool who is SPAMMING soc.men with crap about
" women warrior art "...

2. He's a kook, therefore even if he is saying interesting things, even
if some of what he says might be correct, interacting with him will be
so unpleasant and unproductive as not to be worth the hassle.

<Massive Ad Hominem Alone Projection>

In my view, Andre is in category 2, not in category 1. I often disagree
with what he says, but not, I think, more often than with lots of other
people. But his argumentative style appears to be deliberately arrogant
and abrasive, making productive argument with him very difficult.

IOW, when you CANNOT refute what I point out, you call names.

How pitiful you are. How pitiful your scribblings must be.

Andre
