Truth in Advertising?

An Atlanta bakery has recalled its "Death by Chocolate" cookies
becuase they contain walnuts, which are not listed on the label and
could trigger potentially serious reactions in people who have an
alergy to walnuts and eat them without realising the nuts are there.

Granted, maybe it ought be "Death by Walnut", but still - an
unintentionally accurate label?
