I'm not arguing for everyone doing whatever he likes. I'm arguing that
there are a variety of different ways of accomplishing goals, using
different inputs. Someone selling out of a stall in bazaar is achieving
the same thing as a clerk in a grocery store, but the nature of the job
is very different. Some patterns require lots of rote action and little
initiative, some the opposite. As the prices at which different sorts of
labor change, so does the mix of ways in which things are done.
