That's a tricky one, since those 9 promotional CDs were labeled with
permission to copy, and they do have a lot of your brother's stuff. I'd
have to check on the original "Path of the Fury", and there's maybe one
or two other co-written books there didn't get out that way, plus
whatever the latest might be.
I think that the Baen CDs allow copying, but not on-line distribution.
They allow any form of copying or distribution so long as it's free and complete (i.e., you can't edit out any of it, including the copyright blurbs...)
